    Satisfaction Guarantee 
    Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. Offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return guidelines and we will be happy facilitate a return with 30 days of purchase. 

    Online Return Policy Exceptions
    Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Customer Support within 5 days of delivery. 

    Online Return Policy
    Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, debit, etc.). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by mychanic.com. Please note, bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund.
    Online Return Procedures
    • Please use the form below to initiate a return. 
    • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by mychanic.com. 
    • Arrange the item to ship to the address on the return authorization confirmation. 
    • Maintain a copy of the tracking number of your return shipment as this is the only method to confirm delivery to our warehouse.
    • For most orders, credit will be issued at the time the merchandise is successfully received in our warehouse. Please allow 2-10 days for the credit to be applied to your account.

    Warranty Claims
    We stand behind our products with a one year limited warranty for all items. The following items have an extended, two year warranty: 

    • Detailing Rig 
    • Sidekick Stool 
    • Sidekick Stool - SK2
    • Smart Cables 

    The warranty is from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. Proof of date of purchase will be required. Please use the form below to initiate a warranty claim. 

    Note: The manufacturer is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the breach of this or any other warranty, whether express, implied or statutory. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Valid only in the USA.

    Shipping Availability  
    We currently ship to the 48 Continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to Canada or overseas. 

    Standard Shipping (Continental United States) 

    For standard shipping of in-stock items, please allow 6-8 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package may take 1-2 business days to process and ship. Packages may occasionally be delivered on a Saturday, but this is not guaranteed. 

    Standard Shipping (Alaska and Hawaii) 

    Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, but the rate is calculated at checkout based off the weight of your selected products. We do offset the shipping cost considerably. Promotional offers such as free shipping and discounted rates may not apply. 

    FedEx Express / 2 Day (Continental United States)
    Orders placed before 10 AM CST, Monday - Friday will be processed same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Packages shipped using FedEx are delivered Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Packages may occasionally be delivered on a Saturday, but this is not guaranteed.  Track your package at www.fedex.com/us/ for your estimated delivery day.

    Our office and warehouse will be closed the following dates:

    • Labor Day: September 3, 2018
    • Thanksgiving Day: November 22, 2018 
    • Black Friday: November 23, 2018
    • Christmas Eve: December 24, 2018
    • Christmas Day: December 25, 2018
    • New Years Eve: December 31, 2018
    • New Years Day: January 1, 2018
    Order processing time excludes these days.
