Preparing Your Return by Mail
  • Fill out and include with your return the Return Form that was provided with your original packing slip.
  • Pack the item carefully in the original packaging.
  • Affix the address and maintain a copy of the tracking number of your return shipment as this is the only method to confirm delivery to our warehouse.
